Smoked Salmon Dip
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz World Market® Classic Smoked Alaskan Salmon
  • 2 tbl sour cream
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp garlic, finely chopped (about ½ clove)
  • Dash black pepper
  • World Market Capers
  • Lemon wedges (garnish to squeeze over salmon)
  • World Market Crackers
  1. Add cream cheese, 6 oz of salmon, sour cream, lemon zest, garlic, and pepper to food processor. Process until combined.
  2. Stir in the reserved salmon (flaked)
  3. Mold if desired or serve in small bowl.
  4. Garnish with lemon and small bits of salmon and capers.
  5. Serve with crackers or toast.
