Veggie Caviar on Tomato and Sweet Basil Brown Rice Triscuit
  • Brown Rice Triscuit - Tomato and Sweet Basil Flavor
  • 2 Roma tomatoes - seeded and very finely chopped
  • ¼ cup black olives - finely chopped
  • 2 green onions - finely chopped
  • 2 tbls fresh basil - finely chopped
  • 1 tbls balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  1. Combine all the finely chopped vegetables, herbs, and olives in a small bowl. Add balsamic vinegar. Stir to combine. Refrigerate 30-60 minutes so the flavors have a chance to develop.
  3. Place a smear of cream cheese on each Triscuit and top with veggie caviar. Enjoy immediately.
