Semi-Homemade Recipe: Asian Skillet Dinner in 15 Minutes

This recipe takes a few store bought items and combines them into a meal that looks and tastes like I spent much more time on it.
Yield: 4
  • 1 tbl vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken - cut into strips (or use steak, shrimp, or other protein of your choice)
  • 6 oz Chow Mein Stir-Fry Noodles (Chuka Sorba)
  • Ready-to-Eat Stir Fry Vegetables
  • 1 packet Campbell's Skillet Sauces - Toasted Sesame
  • Scallions - garnish if desired
  1. Heat oil in large skillet
  2. Add chicken strips, cook until browned on all sides
  3. In a medium pot, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Steam vegetables according to package directions; set aside
  5. Deglaze the pan with ½ cup water
  6. Add Campbell's Skillet Sauces - Toasted Sesame with garlic and ginger
  7. Heat about 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce is hot.
  8. Run hot water through the noodles to reheat. Place on the bottom of your serving platter.
  9. Top with steamed vegetables.
  10. Place chicken and then pour sauce over the top.
  11. Garnish with fresh chopped scallions and serve with Fortune Cookies.
Serve with an Asian Slaw if desired - premade coleslaw mix with poppy seed dressing.
