Personal Tip #1: If you're in a rush and cannot wait 6 to 8 hours, simply mix all the ingredients (except the seltzer) in a blender with ice to create a slush. Add seltzer once the fruit slush is blended. Personal Tip #2: For a bit of a tropical flavor, add a few pinches of shredded coconut.
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple (we used frozen)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango, or drained jarred mango (we used fresh)
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • chilled seltzer water or club soda
  • lime, orange or pineapple wedge for garnish (we used a strawberry)
  1. Combine orange juice, pineapple juice, pineapple, mango, banana, and lime juice in a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
  2. Cover and freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until firm.
  3. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and let stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. With a spoon, scrape frozen fruit mixture to make a slush and scoop into serving glass.
  5. Fill top with seltzer.
  6. Serve with a spoon and top with a fruit wedge if you'd like.
