Ingredients
  • 4 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1-2 tsp stevia powder
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Add egg whites and applesauce and stir until crumbly
  4. Place apples in 10" cake pan prepared with low-calorie cooking spray.
  5. Spoon topping mixture over apples and bake for 45 minutes until apples are tender.
