Vegetarian Tacos with Chipotle & Garlic Skillet Sauce

You can skip browning the TVP if you like. It's a texture thing - browned gives it more of a meat texture.

Ingredients
1 c TVP
⅞ c boiling water
2 tsp olive oil
15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 pkg McCormick Taco with Chipotle & Garlic Skillet Sauce
12 Soft corn shells
lettuce
tomato
guacamole
grated cheddar cheese
sliced black olives
sour cream
Instructions
Re-hydrate the TVP according to package directions. Generally boiling water or vegetable stock over dried TVP and allowed to rest for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan on medium heat, add oil.
When hot, add TVP and cook for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add black beans and top with McCormick Taco with Chipotle & Garlic Skillet Sauce.
Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
Serve with warmed soft corn shells and your choice of toppings.
