It’s summer and AT&T wants to make sure you’re ready to take in all the summer concerts in your area. We all know it’s a bummer when you find out your favorite band is playing near you, but the tickets are sold out online before you hear. To prevent that from happening again this summer, AT&T has curated some concert apps to help you know first when tickets go on sale.

These apps track tour dates, ticket release info, and can help you discover new bands. Now’s a perfect time to download a lighter app for your smartphone and get ready to rock out this summer.

4 Mobile Apps to Help You Get the Most out of the Summer Concert Season

BandsinTown

Bandsintown searches your music library and lets you know when your favorite artists are in town. Also, based on your music library, it recommends bands you’re likely to enjoy. Sign up through Facebook and you can see which musician and bands your friends dig too.

StubHub

StubHub lets you search for tickets by artist, location, or even a particular venue. When you sign up for a StubHub account, you can earn rewards on your purchases plus get access to members-only promotions and discounts. It also gives you a place to re-sell your tickets should you find you’re not able to make a show.

SoundHound

Wonder who that band is or what that song is they’re playing? You can find out with SoundHound. It listens to a song and searches its massive database to locate the name of the band, the song, and even tells you which album it’s on. It can also let you know where you can listen to more of the artist’s music and where to buy it. It is so smart; it can even identify a song if you sing or hum the tune – that will end those endless arguments between friends (or spouses) about what the name of a song is!

DoStuff

Get advice from locals on what’s happening in your city or a city you plan to visit. DoStuff assembles a list of the best events for a chosen location including concerts, comedy, happy hours and parties.
