The Semiahmoo Resort Independence Day Clam Bake and Barbeque menu feature dishes that will delight your tastebuds! You’ll feast on succulent BBQ dishes and fresh seafood coordinated by Culinary Director Eric A. Truglas, Executive Chef de Cuisine Martin Woods, and Banquet Manager David Archer. Enjoy Washington style beef brisket, mussel and clam bake, pork ribs, whole Draper Valley chicken, and frankfurters. They’ll be served alongside Semiahmoo Dungeness crab meat coleslaw, wedge salad with blue cheese, southern braised greens, corn on the cobb, classic red bliss potato salad, smokey baked beans, and jalapeno pepper jack corn bread. Dessert will be a summertime pleaser, peach cobbler a la mode plus an incredible selection of pastries created by their chef.

Guest can enjoy beachside activities including beach volleyball, beachcombing, croquette, and other family-friendly activities plus live music and a view of the Drayton Harbor fireworks at nightfall. Dave Sterling, a fingerstyle guitarist will entertain from 1-5pm and then Electric Soul Society brings on the classic rock for your dancing and listening pleasure.
