Many younger women mistreat their skin by sunbathing and when called out on their bad habits they’ll claim they’d rather look great in their youth and they claim they don’t care if they’re wrinkled when they’re old. Well, let me tell you, the desire to look your best doesn’t go away the minute you reach middle age. It’s not even diminished when you reach AARP age which comes much too soon. In fact, at 53, I take much better care of my skin than I have at any other time in my life. Even my 76-year old mother is still trying to keep her wrinkles to a minimum.Does Crepe Erase Work? Luckily for me I have never been able to tolerate the heat and I’ve lived in Seattle for the past 40+ years, so my skin doesn’t have a lot of sun damage. It’s definitely the number one way to age your skin. But my skin is still 53 and after decades of not paying much attention to it, I’m finally starting to give my face and hands 10-15 minutes of my day and the results have been astounding.
Now I’m looking at other parts of my body that are looking older than then need too. My neck, décolleté, elbows, and even my knees. I’ve recently received a product that claims to make them look great too. Crepe Erase TruFirm™ Complex is a 2-part routine that exfoliates and moisturizes any area that needs a little attention – especially the areas that have lost their tone.
My first impression of Crepe Erase TruFirm™ Complex was that the packaging was lovely and minimal and appropriately sized and shaped for each product. I loved the very light scent each had and I enjoyed the texture of the Crepe Erase™ Exfoliating Body Polish. It’s said to remove dead skin and expose the new skin below and it certainly seems like it may with its large scrubbing beads. I was equally excited about the second step in the process, the Crepe Erase™ Intensive Body Repair Treatment. Its texture is very thick and moldable, but add a little warmth from your hands and it becomes a cream.
I’ll be using both products on my neck and décolleté to start with. I figure I’m already cleansing my face, I’ll just add these two products to my list and it shouldn’t add more than about 3 minutes to my morning skincare regime. I’ll be using them for a few weeks and then I’ll update you on how they work.
Do you have an area that could use some firming and lifting? Where is your crepey skin the worst?

I am always interested to learn about new skin care products so I will be looking forward to your update!! These products do look interesting!!
Oh my eyes need some Crepe eraser
The body polish sounds nice! I would love to try that myself.
It is important to take good care of our skin becase it is a precious resource.
I read about this somewhere else. The body polish sounds like a product that I need to try.
I am always looking for something to help my complexion. Thanks for telling me about this!
This is a new product to me and I always like trying fab beauty items. TY!
This cream looks super luxurious. It would make an awesome gift for mother’s day.
It IS super luxurious! And yes, this mother would love to receive it for Mother’s Day! I guess I better start hinting to the kids that mom would like this instead of chocolate this year 🙂
This looks like a great product thanks for the review! i love the minimalistic aspect of it too!
This sounds like a dynamic duo if I have ever heard of one! Now that I am older, I certainly could use some help with those fine lines!
I love trying new skincare products like this!
Oh, this is the reminder I need to take a little time for myself. Now that my kids are getting a little bigger, I can finally do that! Since I’m hearing such good things, Crepe Erase might have to be my first step.
I’ve never used this product before. I’m interested to find out if there are some good results after using it for some time.
Sounds like really nice products. Body polish, sounds relaxing!
I am a product junkie. I love trying new products. I’d never heard of this one, but I definitely have some stuff that needs erasing.
I’ve heard nothing but good things about Crepe Erase. It really seems to work.
What I would like firmer is my chin and cheeks. Hope this product helps!
As someone who has been treated for skin issues. I like this product. Must give it a try.
This sounds fantastic. I will have to rtry it.
These products sound amazing. You can never take care of your skin too well. 🙂
I can and DO tolerate the heat and that sun damage will catch up to me one of these days. I love the beach.
One look at the skin of former sun worshippers and you’ll rethink your sunbathing ways 🙂 Or in my case, family members with skin cancer on their faces that requires reconstructive surgery to help hide the damage after removal. That took care of my need to have a tan.
Ooooooo, this is nice. I love exfoliating. That’s one way I love to treat myself.
The older I get, the more and more I realize that I need these products. This one looks like something I would use too.
I am of the age where the mistakes of my youth are beginning to show. I used to bake in the sun. I hadn’t heard of this product before and might just have to give it a try.
Looks like an interesting product – I wonder if it would work for men’s skin too?
I don’t see why not. There’s nothing saying that it’s for women only and none of the ingredients appear harmful. I say if you have crepy skin, go for it!
I need to take better care of my face and skin. I just barely have the time to get anything done.
It’s 1 minute in the shower and another after drying off. 2 minutes to better skin. 🙂
Now that I am over 50, I need all the help I can get with my skin. This sounds like a great duo for keeping my skin looking young.
Definitely for the over 50 like us 😉
I cannot wait to hear how these help you. I have heard wonderful things about Exfoliating skin wash or body wash. My tween uses an exfoliating wash for her face, I do believe, and I can notice when she has been using it regularly or not. I look forward to seeing what your second opinion of this product is after you have fully tested it!
The exfoliating product I’m using on my face has done wonders – my skin is better than it’s been at any other time in my life. I’m pretty confident this product will do the same for my neck & other areas. Start now while you’re young! 🙂
I am an exfoliation (both body and face) addict! I have always loved the way exfoliating products make my skin feel!
I’m late to the game. I’ve been really lazy over the years and thought just washing my face was enough. ha!
I’d like to try it. I like that you can see the large beads. I hate when they’re so miniscule you have to squint to find them.
I like the superfine beads for my face, but for a larger area, the big beads are perfect.
I am hitting the age where I need to pay more attention to my skin. This sounds like just the thing I need.
Definitely start now so you’re not playing catch-up like I am!
I have heard some really good things about Crepe Erase. I guess it would be worth a try. It really sounds like a good product to use to help with aging skin.
I’m loving it so far. The smell is fantastic in the shower – I actually look forward to using the scrub.
This sounds like a great product. I am all about taking care of my skin, and I love trying new things to make sure my skin looks great.
I need this in my life. My skin is always dry so I have a wonderful collection of exfoliating body washes.
Exfoliation is perfect for dry skin! I had flaky skin on my chin for years and tried moisturizing it away. Never worked! A scrub did. Who knew?!?
I have plenty of body parts that could use some toning and firming. I think my stomach area could benefit from a good body polish after three babies.
I hear ya! I lost the baby weight and gained it back and more all on my own. But I still want my skin to look great no matter what my weight. This sounds like a perfect fit for your tummy!
The exfoliating body polish sounds really nice. I think that could help a lot with skin showing signs of aging.
I do have several areas that need help. Sounds like a great product.
I suppose I could use this on my backside, but what really bothers me are those saddle bags on the top of my thighs. I would love to see those go away.
I need this in my life. Like yesterday. I have some fine lines that seriously need to be addressed. Thanks for sharing!
