I participated in Influencer Activation on behalf of Mom Central for Cricket Wireless. I received a promotional item to thank me for participating.
If you’re a fan of Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias, I’ve got some amazing information for you! Cricket Wireless wants to give fans something to smile about so they’ve hooked up some amazing fan experiences and cool activations on The Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias Fall 2014 tour.
First they are erecting a special Cricket Stage on select tour stops. It’s a spot for fans to strike their best “headliner” pose. They’ll get star treatment as they’re shot from every angle with a 360-degree camera. Then fans can use Share Kiosks located around The Stage to share that photo via their social channels to let all their friends know they’re at the concert!
Besides bragging rights, those photo also enter them a sweepstakes for a chance to win a trip for four to the Miami Latin Grammy Street Party. I wouldn’t want to be in the winner’s shoes when it comes time to pick three guests – I suspect a lot of “best buds” will be vying for those tickets! And just for taking part in The Stage activation, fans will receive a pair of Cricket ear buds.
While The Stage sounds great, Cricket’s also hooked up a VIP Meet & Greet. This backstage VIP area will give participating fans a chance to meet Pitbull or Enrique and take photos on a Cricket step & repeat (a step & repeat are those backgrounds that celebrities stand in front of surrounded by paparazzi in all the celeb magazines).
There are other ways to interact at the The Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias Fall 2014 tour. Female fans will find a Selfie Station in the ladies room where they can snap a photo to share with friends via social media. Additionally, Hologram Standee Billboards will be located in high-traffic spots inside the concert venue of both Enrique and Pitbull. They’re said to be so lifelike!
Fans can also enter to win a trip to the Atlanta stop on the tour to meet Enrique in person where they’ll get a chance to ask him a question they’re dying to know the answer too. I’d ask him what charities he supports and which one is closest to his heart. What would you ask?
So for me it’s Enrique I’d be going to see. What about you?
