Adelina Madelina provided me with product to facilitate this review, but all opinions are 100% mine.

I have an embarassing confession to make: I just had my second baby, and until this month I had never owned an actual diaper bag. When I was pregnant with my first son, most of the traditional “diaper bag” options were too ugly or flimsy for what I wanted — and the cute stylish ones were all too expensive for my budget. So, I bought a giant regular purse and made that work, stuffing all my baby gear into pockets that weren’t designed to hold it. I got a new bag this year for baby #2, but I’m already struggling to stay organized and find what I need. My poor husband has completely given up on being able to find what he needs in my bag.

I was thrilled to discover Adelina Madelina in the midst of all this. Adelina Madelina is a new line of stylish and functional diaper bags in multiple styles — backpacks, totes, satchels and hobo sacks, all in a variety of fun colors and prints.  Plus, they donate 1% of all sales to the Autism Research Institute, a non-profit organization that pioneers and advocates for people with autism. I love giving back through a stylish purchase!

My Favorite Diaper Bag: Adelina Madelina - Ad

I got to try the Shadow Me Satchel in citron & slate and I LOVE it. I was blown away by all the organization options — five exterior pockets, three interior pockets, all sizeable and easy to cram my stuff into. The bag comes with two comfortable shoulder straps and a removable, adjustable cross-body strap, plus easy-to-attach stroller clips. It also includes a wipes case and a cushioned changing pad, and the bag’s exterior is smooth and easy to wipe down in case of a mess.

I think this bag is already changing my life — and my husband can now find what he needs without waiting for me to sift through everything. Check out the difference between my old “diaper bag” (on the left) and my new Adelina Madelina bag (on the right):

Adelina Madelina diaper bags are functional and super cute — and a lot cheaper than similar designer diaper bags. You can pick one up at Babies R Us or on the Adelina Madelina website, and be sure to follow them via social media:
