Installing VIPRE Antivurs 2012 on my desktop computer

I have used a plethora of antivirus programs over the years. Some I’ve loved, others have been a nightmare and caused more problems than they solved. I think I have realistic expectations when it comes to protecting my computer – I want a fast and effective program that rids my computer of problems and one that does it automatically so I can just concern myself with getting my work done and not worrying about what’s going on inside my machine.

I recently got the chance to try an antivirus program that meets and even exceeds my needs and expectations. VIPRE Antivirus 2012 takes the place of my current antivirus and antispyware programs. It’s designed as a complete solution to protect my system from both malware and viruses. I enjoy the convenience of this dual system and because it’s an integrated system, there shouldn’t be any system conflicts that often happen when using two different programs.

Installation was easy and took just a few minutes (the download speed is dependent on your Internet connection and computer) and scanning my rather large hard drive was done quickly. Thankfully only cookies were detected on our system which it cleared automatically. My system is now protected and will be automatically scanned every few nights at my designated time. Any problems will be quarantined and deleted.

VIPRE claims that their powerful tool won’t slow down your PC and I can attest to that. I’ve not found any system issues since I installed the software and no noticeable changes. It runs in the background and appears to work flawlessly. But I want more protection so I’ll be upgrading to the VIPRE Internet Security 2012 which includes everything the VIPRE Antivirus 2012 offers. But is also includes real-time protection for incoming and outgoing Internet threats, firewall protection, an anti-spam filter to protect against both phishing and spam emails, and website blocker to prevent me from going to malicious websites.

Want to try VIPRE Antivirus 2012 yourself? VIPRE offers their software for free for a limited time. Just download the software from their site, install it, and take it for a ride. I think you’ll find it’s a well-built program that performs beautifully as I have.
