A few weeks ago I was debating which glasses I would order from Rivet and Sway website. After calling my doctor’s office, I was given a list of random numbers and proceeded to enter numbers on my Rivet and Sway order. I was sure I would end up screwing up my prescription and ending up with glasses I couldn’t use.

Thankfully I didn’t have to worry. It turns out that the majority of states require glasses orders to have the written prescription so I entered my doctor’s information on the Rivet and Sway site and they took care of ensuring I got the correct lenses. It couldn’t have been simpler! No more stressing out if I did it right, the experts at Rivet and Sway called my doctor’s office and confirmed everything.

I was so impressed with the entire process and was even more excited with the amount of communication I received about my order. I received confirmation that they received my test frames, that my order was placed, and that my order was shipped with my tracking number. My glasses showed up within a few days and I immediately started wearing them!
