Marvel Studios is sponsoring a Worldwide Twitter Chat! Twitterers will get the chance to tweet with the writer/director Josh Whedon and cast members Tom Hiddleston and Clark Gregg from the highly-anticipated motion picture, “Marvel’s The Avengers” on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 beginning at 11 a.m. (PST). In this 30-minute Twitter party, fans from around the globe can take part in the Q&A by following the Twitter profile @Avengers and by following the hashtag #avengers. Participants are going to be given the chance to check out a 10-second tease of the “Avengers” 30-second Super Bowl ad that will be shown during the February 5th game on NBC. There will also be “Avengers” trivia with a opportunity to win an Avenger’s prize pack. During the chat, Marvel will be making use of a translation tool supplied by Ortsbo.com so that international enthusiasts can easily ask questions in his or her native language. The film was written and directed by Joss Whedon.
The action-adventure film opens in theaters on May 4, 2012.
