My Weight Watchers Approved Candy JarNot much new.  Haven’t exercised in a few days because of migraines and still not drinking water. 🙁  I need to fix that and soon!

I did realize that WW upped my points on my last weigh in day so I manually reduced them as far as it would let me again. My new daily point allowance is 40 but I’m trying to stay well under that.  Some days are easier than others. The only photo I managed today was one of my candy jar.  You’ve probably noticed I like my Pure Fun and YummyEarth candy and I have a jar full to keep me out of trouble.  Two to three pieces, depending on the brand, is two points and they’re well worth it.  The candies satisfy my sweet tooth and last for 10 minutes or more and give me something to do with my mouth.  I buy mine at the Natural Candy Store because I can buy as little as 1/4 pound of any brand – that way I get more variety!  They’re organic and free from unnatural flavors and dye.  Mmmm…..I promise, you won’t miss either of those ingredients!

My big meal of the day was a Boca burger on a Tomas’ Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles. It was pretty delicious.  I don’t eat them often, but I have them in my freezer for emergencies.  The funny thing is, I don’t eat them often because they taste too much like hamburger.  I have to keep reminding myself while I eat it that it’s not real. 🙂
