Week three weigh in was Friday and I was thrilled to discover I’d lost 2 pounds! Considering the week this is, that’s phenomenal! That means I’ve lost 7 pounds in three weeks. Not bad considering I was doing the program wrong the first two weeks (on the maintenance plan instead of weight loss plan). I’m hoping for another 3 this coming week.
I can tell that I’ve lost weight – my clothes don’t fit the same and I’m loving it. Granted, it will be 50-60 pounds before I’m out of the morbidly obese category, but compared to a few years ago when I was ill in bed, I’m felling pretty fantastic! I have not missed a single bite in my food diary and that’s a huge accomplishment. This is my third time on WW and I never tracked this long before.

Woohoo…7 pounds is great!
Way to go Connie! Slow and steady weight loss is the best way to go. Last week I had no weight loss and this week down 1.5 pounds. I’m swollen right now, so I think in a day or two I will see a difference. 17 down since I started and lots more to work on.
