I’m hoping that by posting my food journal entries that I’ll remember to journal and I’ll keep myself honest 🙂 I’m technically on my 4th day of “dieting” but it’s my first day on Weight Watchers.  I wasted the first 3 days on eDiets so I have nothing to show for them.

Any food that I think others might be interested in trying is noted and described at the bottom. If it can be purchased online I’ve included a link.

You’ll notice I’m not much of a “meal” eater. I eat small amounts all day because of my blood sugar. It keeps it level and I’m less likely to binge.  It works for me, but I’m sure it’s not how most experts would suggest I do it.  Because I’m a vegetarian, getting a little protein, all day long, is important for me.  I will take my vitamins, I just haven’t done it yet.  I’ve become a huge believer in them and swear by them and how they’ve improved my life.
