Here are my favorite cookies I happened upon while out blog hopping today. What makes a cookie one of my faves? Cookies that combine great ingredients like chocolate or fruit and cookies that look great with a minimum of fuss. I also appreciate a cookie that freezes well, either before or after baking and cookies that look like difficult but are really easy.
