This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Lenovo for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
The stars all descended this last weekend on Park City, Utah for this year’s Sundance Film Festival. Sure, they saw some new and trendy independent films, heard some fabulous music, and attended some cool parties; however, what you may not know is that Sundance is also a great chance for companies to debut and share their newest products. Yes, Lenovo at Sundance!
They mingled with the celebrities by sponsoring one of the gifting suites and it was there that they showed off their newest baby, the Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga – MUST SEE!!
What makes their IdeaPad Yoga so special is that it’s a notebook AND a tablet in one! No more deciding between size and speed, now you can have both! This is my dream computer – lightweight and small, but enough power to get my work done. Then a simple switch over to tablet to watch a movie or play a game – the best of both worlds!
The IdeaPad Yoga has got a fantastic touchscreen as well as keyboard in a super slim profile. It’s a sturdy design with double hinges which make the change from notebook to tablet and back a breeze.
But I’m not the only one who thought it was cool. The IdeaPad Yoga was a hit in the Lenovo gifting suite with many celebrities checking it out. Can you imagine being there? I wish!
The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga comes installed with Windows 8, 128GB storage, and 8 hours of battery life in a 13.3” Ultrabook™ with an HD+, IPS display (1600×900). It’s a compact little machine (only 3.4 lbs) with lots of power (up to 3rd generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor).
Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga tour
The Lenovo line is new to me but this Yoga has me very interested in finding out more. I do know when I’m ready to replace my current work laptop, it will be with something just like this!
I wish Apple would do something like this! It makes so much sense.
Completely! Although I’m an accidental Apple owner. I said I’d never own another one and then I gave in and got an iPod Touch, then I was given an iPad, and then I switched to an iPhone…yep, accidently Apple owner. 🙂
I have computer envy. This is so cool that it is a notebook and a tablet all in one! This would be the perfect computer. thanks for the review! I want one. 🙂
I know, me too! The best of both worlds. Right now I have a notebook, iPad, iPod Touch, and an iPhone. Too much technology! I’m always saying I want ONE thing to do it all.
