I’m a little behind on posting my journals. I’ve been battling migraines, but thankfully it’s so easy to enter information into my WW journal that I haven’t missed a morsel. I’m also able to post in a note section so it’s easy for me to see what went on that day, what exercise I did, and what challenges I faced.

I had a super-special treat of ice cream and cake on this day. I also enjoyed one of my favorite fake meat foods, a Quorn naked cutlet. Put in place of any chicken breast in a recipe and you’ll be rewarded with a delicious dish! I’d been craving fries and BBQ sauce, so I baked it then covered it with sauce and ate it with Alexia Oven Fries. Mmm……seriously good eatin’!
