My Weight Watchers lunch - fettuccine, peas, and tomatoes

Fettuccine, peas, and tomatoes - 9pts

Today, day 2, was a little tougher.  I snacked a lot, but managed to stay right at my daily limit. I still need to exercise but it’s 10pm…I’m thinking I might not get it done today.  I did work out some recipes to shop for tomorrow.  I’m using more prepared foods thank I like because they’re left over from the eDiets.com false start.  I’ll be posting some of the recipes as I try them out.

Tomatoes, Celery, Dressing, Cheese & Egg = 5 pts

I’m really liking the new PointsPlus™ system. There are a few things I wish they’d add.  For instance, I wish they’d show the total protein and fiber I’ve eaten for the day.  Being a vegetarian, it’s a really important to know how much protein I’ve ingested.  There’s no way for me to go in and look up how much protein is assigned to each item.  For foods I’ve entered, I can see the totals, but again, I’d have to open each food and note the protein and keep track of it manually outside of the Weight Watchers program.

Now it’s after 10:30 pm….I’m trying to talk myself into riding….we’ll see.

UPDATE:  It’s 11:42 pm and I just finished 30 mins on the bike   cut it close tonight 🙂

Another snacking kind of day.  The Late July Organic Mini Peanut Butter Sandwiches are a staple in our house.  We get a case of them every 6 months through Amazon’s Subscribe and Save program.  If you like Ritz Bits, try these.  Better for you and they taste fabulous!
